Shipping and returns

Only printed parts are shipped: the files are free.

Files

STL and 3MF files are free with an account. You export them from the workshop, or download them from a model's page. Nothing to ship, no shipping cost.

Printed parts

Printed in PLA from your measurements, checked by eye, then shipped to the address you gave. An email tells you when the parcel leaves.

Shipping costs

Added to the cart by country: currently €3.90 in France, €6.90 in the European Union, €9.90 elsewhere. The exact amount is shown before payment.

Lead times

Printing starts after payment. Once the part is off the machine, allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. If no lead time is shown when you order, delivery happens within 30 days at most.

Lost or damaged parcel

Until you receive it, the parcel is our responsibility. Lost or damaged: write to us, we reprint or refund.

Returns

A printed part is made to order: it is excluded from the right of withdrawal. A defective part, or one that doesn't match what the cart described: send a photo to contact@resfabrica.fr. We reprint or refund, at no cost to you.

A part that doesn't fit: first check the measurements entered in the workshop, then write to us. We'll work it out with you.
