Your account

Email, name, password (never stored in plain text) and the projects you save in the workshop. To give you access to your designs. Kept while the account is open.

Your orders

Email, name, billing address, shipping address for a part, items and amount. To deliver, invoice and handle complaints. Invoices are kept 10 years, as French law requires.

Payment

It goes through Stripe or PayPal. We receive the payment confirmation, never your card number.

Emails

Order confirmation, invoice, shipping. If you have an account and haven't opened the workshop for a while, a reminder of your last project, at most once a month. Reply to us to stop it.

Audience measurement

We count page views to know what is useful: no ads, no resale, no identification. A random identifier is kept in your browser and renewed every 13 months. In the tools, without an account, an anonymous identifier limits the free export; IP addresses are only kept hashed. This data is deleted after 25 months.

Cookies

No advertising cookies. Only what makes the site work: signing in, the cart, the tools' anonymous identifier. They require no consent.

Who has access

The Res Fabrica team, and our providers for their part: Stripe and PayPal for payment, the carrier for the shipping address. Nothing is sold.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction: write to contact@resfabrica.fr, we answer within a month. You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
